MISSION
* Manage a team of customer support representatives in
their daily work. Specific managerial tasks will include:
o Making sure the team meets the quantitative and qualitative
targets
o Recruitment
o Periodic reviews of team staff
o General team management
* Follow official and non-official websites and forums
to stay informed about the community.
* Provide consistent reporting to the In-Game Manager.
YOU
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
Russian and English (as your working languages).
* Previous experience in Team Management and proven leadership
skills.
* Previous experience in Online / Web activities.
* A strong motivation & high level of commitment.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Autonomy and rigor are requested skills.
* Passion for playing MMORPGs.
* Good knowledge of Blizzard games.
PLUSES
* Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* MMORPG working experience.
* Knowledge of community tools (IRC, forums, etc…).
* Knowledge of other European languages.

Key Purpose of Job
Due to the ongoing and increasing demand for our solutions,
Globoforce is now seeking a Senior J2EE developer to add
to its rapidly expanding team with the responsibility
for the design, development and Unit Test of J2EE components
to enhance our existing product suite.
An important part of the role will be analysing business
requirements to produce detailed design and functional
specification and providing leadership when required in
the definition of standards to improve quality and/or
productivity.
Main Responsibilities
• Design, development and unit
testing of J2EE components to agreed standards in a timely
manner to enhance our product suite
• Analyses Business
requirements to produce functional specifications, proposing
various alternative technical solutions based on different
architectures and techniques and providing realistic and
accurate development estimates.
• Lead initiatives
to improve existing quality standards and/or productivity,
ensuring audit&quality standards maintained across all
technical areas and collaborating with fellow developers

Key skills / experience:
• 5 years or more of designing,
development and unit testing in a J2EE environment
• Experience of JBoss/Web Logic, Apache, Tomcat, EJBs,
JSP, JDBC, MySQL, JUNIT, PL/SQL environments
• Strong
software design skills
• Knowledge and experience
of full development lifecycle
• Experience in collaborating
closely with fellow developers and providing guidance,
mentoring and leadership
• Self starter who works
on their own initiative
• Adaptable, flexible with
a proven experience of delivering quality solutions in
a fast-moving business environment
• Good communications
and written skills
• Excellent Analytic and problem
