Senior Structural Engineer
Our client is one of the largest international consultancy firms providing sustainable, integrated solutions to meet the planning, engineering, management and environmental needs of clients across the transportation, property, environment and natural resources market sectors.
Our clients are keen to develop their projects in Russia and require a suitably experienced Senior Structural Engineer for their design section in order to achieve corporate expansion objectives. Responsibilitie
• Projects will be a mixture of residential, leisure and commercial
• Take up handling & delivery of current & pending challenging projects
• Providing capabilities and knowledge in the aspects involved in design of buildings.
• Providing knowledge on the use of codes of practice, design, and construction methods.
• Working with and supervising the Engineers and CAD technicians to produce drawing
• On-site coordination and negotiation with clients and engineers involved in the process
• You will lead projects through from initial conception to completion within a number of different time frames
Requirements:
• Ideally have at least 5 years+ experience
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD
• Chartered or working towards chartership would be ideal
• Fluent in Russian would be an advantage
• Ideally have experience working in Russia
• Irish or Uk experience would be an advantage
• Very good communication skills and a proven ability to deal with contractors and clients

Job Description/Responsibility:
• Ensuring sufficient stock levels. Check in all incoming stock. Maintain and control stock level
• Filing of all paperwork relating to each contract
• Give daily updates to customers and other departments
• Control packing orders
• Monitor and check status of all current orders
• Organising returns of faulty/repaired products to suppliers/customers
• Updating data base, records, spreadsheets and reports. Maintain an efficient filing system
• Organizing shipments. Tracking and Tracing shipments
• Solving problems with shipments
• Customs clearance of incoming orders
• Liaise with freight companies on a daily basis
• Processing shipping documentation, liaising with other departments to ensure all information is correct
• Checking availability, lead times of incoming orders
• Management of all shipping documentation and operations
• Responsible for team management including warehouse operator and subcontractors
• Plan and cost all routes
Requirements:
• Prior experience in the above functions is essential
• Have a good telephone manner. Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise workload
• Be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
• Ability to work on own initiative/as part of a team
• The successful candidate should be highly motivated, an excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Russian is essential for this position

MISSION
* Manage a team of customer support representatives in their daily work. Specific managerial tasks will include:
o Making sure the team meets the quantitative and qualitative targets
o Recruitment
o Periodic reviews of team staff
o General team management
* Follow official and non-official websites and forums to stay informed about the community.
* Provide consistent reporting to the In-Game Manager.
